For Karen cooking comes natural, as She spent most of her childhood at a small rural restaurant in Ohio.  Luckily at the age of 19, Karen decided that She wanted to beome a chef… 

That was the primary reason as to why the Culinary Business Academy, cooking school was so decidedly glad to hire her as our Sous Chef!

Since then hundreds of happy students have graduated, with all of them praising his teaching and cooking skills very highly!
